Camp notes

DANCE, SING, ACT
The children will enter the magical world of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by re-creating the classic scenes from the books and movies. Each day children will learn choreographed dance routines and songs to accompany the music and drama (The Oompa-Loompas may make an appearance!). As well as rehearsing, the children will make exciting crafts and play games throughout the day. The children will perform their rendition of the script on the final day of our workshop. Each child will have their own costume to perform in. We aim to make the 'Show' experience for children a magical one!

WHAT TO BRING:
-Your child should only bring essential items such as a water bottle, lunch, and an afternoon snack. (No Nuts)

WHAT TO WEAR:
-Children can wear comfortable clothing and shoes they can safely dance in.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
-Please make sure your child’s medical information is up to date on their Class4Kids profile. If bringing medication please ensure that you notify staff on your arrival.

EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS:
-Please make sure your contact information is up to date on your Class4Kids profile. Please specify who your child is to be collected by if not already listed on your profile.

PAYMENT:
-Payment for the term can be made via the Class4Kids booking system. Please be aware there is a small booking fee. To avoid the booking fee, payment can be made via BACS. Please email info@motiondance.org for further information.

CANCELLATION:
-Workshop bookings are non-refundable as our spaces are limited. If your child is unable to attend you will be offered a space on an alternative workshop as credit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE GO INTO ANOTHER LOCKDOWN?
-If the camp is cancelled due to further COVID-19 lockdowns then you will receive a refund.
