What do the children do in Yoga Club?
If your child enjoys Cosmic Kids Yoga, this is the club for them. Each week the children will explore an exciting new theme that leads them through new yoga poses and mindfulness. Popular themes include Squish The Fish, Harry Potter World, Candy-land and The Rainbow Rollercoaster.

Who can attend Yoga Club?
Children at St Josephs Catholic Primary School in KS1 & KS2.
We have opened the club to all children so that siblings are able to join in together.

Where is the club held?
Yoga club is held in the school hall. The children will be taken directly to the club after school by their class teacher.

What do the children need to bring to Yoga Club?
The children can wear their school uniform, or alternatively, they can bring a change of clothes (leggings/tracksuit bottoms to easily move in). The children will need to bring a water bottle and a small snack. We allow time before the class starts for children to get changed and eat their snack.
